Torrie, one of the most skilled wrestlers in history, emerged from the vast and expansive farms that were located in Boise. Wilson was a fitness model before she joined the sports entertainment industry during the late 90s. Her entry into this industry was a result of an WCW backstage tour she took with her boyfriend who was then ex-boyfriend. After taking Scott Steiner into the ring for a couple of weeks after which she was in the business for almost 10 years. Wilson managed David Flair and The Filthy animals along with Billy Kidman. She also was a regular competitor in the WCW. WCW. Wilson was offered a job by WWE in 2001 when it bought WCW. Her sporting ability and passion for entertainment helped make Wilson an ideal fit for WWE in a period when the business was at its most active period. Wilson's friendship with her pal (and often rival) Stacy Keibler made her a key figure in WWE's takeover of WWE. Once that invasion was fought by the WWE, Wilson became a key female wrestler in WWE's women's division as she fought in memorable battles alongside the likes of Keibler, Sable and Melina. The family of her mother was also involved when she battled Dawn Marie for their honor.
